Thank You and Best Wishes – Celebrating Solomon at Salis Care
At Salis Care, we believe that the quality of supported living starts with the people delivering support every day – the staff who show compassion, patience, and professionalism on every shift.
This week, we said goodbye to one of our longest-serving Support Workers, Solomon, who is relocating to Yorkshire and moving on to a new opportunity. Solomon has played an important role within our staff team and has made a meaningful difference through his commitment, reliability, and positive approach to care.
Supported living requires much more than practical support. It requires building trust, promoting independence, supporting emotional wellbeing, and creating consistency for the individuals who call our homes their home. Solomon has consistently demonstrated these values throughout his time at Salis Care.
As part of his farewell, Solomon shared a message with colleagues which reflects the culture we are proud to build at Salis Care – teamwork, kindness, and shared purpose:
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you for your love, support, and teamwork throughout my time at Salis Care. Working alongside such amazing colleagues has been a real pleasure, and I’ve learned so much from each of you. I’ll truly miss the laughter, the teamwork, and the kindness that made every shift enjoyable. Though I’m moving on to a new opportunity, I’ll always cherish the memories and experiences we shared. Wishing all of you continued success and happiness – keep up the great work and keep making a difference every day!
